Together We Fight [Grappling-MT-Strength]

I follow Sherdog forums for quite much time. I now make Training logs for you to follow and we trade advice. Log will start next week with training schedule.

I will log the squats done today as follows:



Standard back squats with excellent posture
===============================

Warmed up using bodyweight squats and Third World Squat position stretch, then started with 43kg set jumping in increments of 18kg until the target load is achieved.

[Sets/reps/weight]

4s/5r/111kg


Dumbbell Lunge

3s/10r/18kg (this is mass of each dumbbell)


Good Mornings

3s/8r/61kg

Thank you. I wish to increase striking power for muay thai boxing, and also to increase body strength to improve wrestling competitiveness.
