Time to fight!

Iīm making this new log since my goals and the general state of my training has changed a bit since i made my last log.




Recap for the year so far:




First of my shoulders are now better than ever, and i have built up my bench to prevoius levels (still sucks) (itīs around 200ish, havent maxed it this year)

And my sohp is very good, maybe even my best lift at around 160pounds max.

Deadlifts has also been good to me since i maxed out at 400 about 3months ago, havenīt really progressed to much since then since i focused more on MA training but now iīm gonna kick my lifting up a notch again.




The biggest reason i made this log was to keep myself from doing back squats for at least 6months.

I have been having problems woth my right knee now for about 6months!

Itīs mostly back squats which seem to aggrevate it, itīs hard to explain but basicly it getīs very sore easily if i do back squats.

I think the problem started in the begining of the year when i squatted tvice per week plus alot of running for a few months.

During that time i got some serious inflammation in both my knees and for a while i could not support my weight if i triied to squat more than 90degress.

After that i guess i dint let it heal up since back squatting still aggrevates my right knee.

Anway i think alot of this has to do with my right VMO being alot samller than on my left leg buckling under pressure causing the soreness/pain in my patella.

This problem has made it impossible for mw to add anything to my back squat during this entire year.

The most i squatted was a measily 250x3 and after that i gave em up. (untill last saturday when i tried with light weight and reagrrivated it after being good for 6weeks)



But the good news is that front squats doesnt seem to hurt it at all so my focus for the next 6months is to get a decent front squat and after that maybe try to back squat again

In lifting:

220 Bench

220 Push press

220 Clean

500 deadlift

300 Front squat

1xBW OH squat

My left shoulder starting fucking with me aftermy last workout,

Both my shoulders have been a bit sore for a while and i got it checkedout.

seems i had a big trigger point on my left infraspinatus which gave me a bunch of pain.

Itīsgreat that this log starts with a big fail!
