Time to change it up

Previous regimen.

I thought it was time to switch it up a bit. I've been gaining in strength, but now I feel like I've gotten into a rut. If anyone has any suggestions as I post my workouts I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Monday 1/30/06
Bench Press 135X6/145X6/155X6/165X6/175X5/185X4/190X3
DB bench Press (45lb DBs) 4 sets X 8 reps
Bent Over e-z Bar Rows (75lbs) 4X10
Rope Pulls to Throat (60lbs) 3X12
Weighted Ab Exercises

I also found a place in Hackettstown, NJ that I got to train some Muay Thai at.. Nice workout. After only two classes in Mauy Thai (I found a place down in Bethleham, PA a few weeks ago) I can see why it's such an integral part of mma stand up.

But, right now, I'm taking a judo class two nights a week. I think that some of the people in the class are going to start coming in and doing just randori. Hopefully I'll be able to make the class. Guess it all depends on what night it's on.

Judo class went well. Got tossed around. We're just learning three basic throws, practicing ulemi, and doing some ground work. Actually, for me it's learning, for most of the rest of the class it's review. I'm one of the few white belts in the class.

Wednesday 2/1/06
Deadlift 135X6/185X6/195X6/205X6/215X5
Bulgarian Split Squat (25lb DBs) 3 sets X 10 reps
Glute Ham Raises 4 sets X 6 reps
Single leg calf Raises (40 lb DB) 3 sets X 10 reps
