The question is wether its really that good to be able to work out that often. I mean if you make as good gains with less training as someone else with more...
Not to say that I make the same gains as fatty. I dont. But there are others that do.
On the other hand I would love to be able to go to the gym one million times a week without doing something completelly stupid to my body.
Maybe there is just this and that. Not better or worse. At elast this is what I tell me to be able to sleep at night
EDIT: What amazes me is that Fatty in particular can keep up this high frequency. As they say recoverytime increases the older oyu get. And as we all know this poor old man is only that close the end.
