That's an impressive cut. Do you feel better at the lighter weight?

Now you're in-range to get in on the round-robin work with Diego, Junior, and myself.

Or to go 8 or so with Ishe Smith.

Feel fine up to this weight right now. The 160 to 152 that I am trying to get to for September 10th may be a bit harder on me. Just going to drop the weight slowly and keep close tabs on energy levels, focus, etc.

What'd be the dubious honor would be the fact that you'd be automatically treated like one of Jesse's guys, and he'd be cheering you on the whole time.

Unless you wanted to work with Mike. After Gallegos worked out just fine, Mike'll train pretty much anyone I recommend now.

lol Nah, for all their banter, Mike and Jesse wouldn't have much at Top Rank without each other.

I DLed 475 (ugly/hitch) before i got teh crippled--but it was never about the DL. My mission is to someday wreck your squat.

Considering you dropped lifting heavy things for an anorexic, eyebrow-plucking lifestyle, I should get the head start I need.
