Body Weight: 166 LBS
Quick Summary- Movement Drills: 5 x 3 Minute Rounds
- Shadow Boxing: 2 x 3 Minute Rounds
- Focus Mitts/Partner Drills: 2 x 3 Minute Rounds
- Sparring: 5 x 2 Minute Rounds
Notes: 4/5 rounds were good work. The one bad one I was really sloppy for some reason. It was against a tall guy and I was a bit too aggressive trying to get inside and ended up smoethering myself a lot. I went another round with him, and was more patient and had a lot more success. Went 2 of the rounds with a former golden gloves champ and had some decent work.

Body Weight: 165
Summary- Jump Rope: 15 Minutes
- Focus Mitts: 4 x 3 Minute Rounds
- Shadow Boxing: 5 x 3 Minute Rounds
- Rope Drills: 4 x 3 Minute Rounds
- Heavy Bag: 4 x 3 Minute Rounds
- Partner Drills: 4 x 3 Minute Rounds
- Light Sparring: 4 x 2 Minute Rounds
- Light Calisthenics: 1 x 3 Minute Rounds
Notes: Last training day before smoker. Sparring was with one of the girls who trains, and I was playing defense and just reminding her to keep her hands up with a jab or two. Kind of tired, so tomorrow is going to be complete rest. Friday will be some light shadow boxing in the morning, and then we have to be at the gym at 5:30 or so. Might take a couple days off afterwards, as I have several nagging injuries. Jaw aches from getting cracked by a dude yesterday, and it pops when I open my mouth. Shoulder is hyper extended, and whatever ligament is in your elbow is bothering me. Ill be good to go by Friday, and this stuff doesnt bother me while sparring, but a light rest might be just the ticket afterwards.
