ThePitBull32 - Stronger, Faster, versatilier

Finally decided to make my own training log.

Background: I boxed in college until 2005. Lately I have been focusing on brazilian jiu jitsu and muay thai.

Goals: improve strength and condition; progress in the martial arts.

Last day of the OH press contest. Went for 185 but only got 7...bummer
