Ok my aching shoulders have convinced me, I'm doing a Smolov Jr. cycle for atleast the next 3 weeks while I rehab my shoulders. Going to go for a 5RM for the front squat tomorrow and estimate the 1RM since I can't clean my 1RM. This should be fun.

Didn't get a camera but I had my buddy watching and he said that all my lifts were below parallel. Chalk me up for a 50lb increase so far. 405 is looking well within reach.

Sweet 50lbs increase thats awesome.
Did max reps on the FS todat 60kg x 8. Really thats the most I could clean with the way my shoulder is. Gonna get some saw horses this coming week and get back to back squatting.

Yesterday was fucking brutal, day one of the intensity cycle from smolov and already I've set a new pr for sets of 5. This cycle is either ging to kill me or my squat is going to improve massively. Really couldn't say which right now.
Work sets: 145 (319) x3x4, 5
Friday I need to hit 90% of my new max for a triple, should be fun.
BTW I' ve almost finished my spreadsheet for the intesnity phase, so if anyone wants a copy PM me your e-mail address.
