6/20/08
Squat: 135x10, 225x5, 280x7x5 (belted)

Rough but not as torturous as some days have been. My flight is at 9am tommorrow so I'm going to miss my last day. I'm gonna try to find a gym while I'm home and hopefully put up some new PRs.

Today: more pistols...
Squats to warmup - 135 x 5; 185 x 5; 210 x 4; 240 x3; 275 x 2

Pistols - 10 x 3 @ 55 held in front squat position

Shouldered a 202lb stone (42lb PR for me, never been able to get this one to shoulder position)

Farmers walk - 50ft, turn, 50ft w/ 110 in each hand for shits and giggles. In retrospect, I wish I hadn't done this, as I immediately felt it in my lower back, though it wasn't in the same place as the current injury I'm recovering from... so... that's good? weird that the stone wouldn't hurt at all, but the FW did...

Yeah, I'm hoping for a 45lb PR at the end of the first cycle. That would put me on course with a 405 deadlift at the end of this thing. GOOD LUCK!!!
