Vacation is over. I estimate that the drunken debauchery has probably cost my cardio a good bit. Hopefully my squat is still as strong as it was. Gonna do some regular push/pull/squat routine for the next 2-3 weeks till my body lets me know I can really start bringing the pain again. Then its another 3 week Smolov using my new max.

gentlemen i just hit 120kg for 5 sets of 5. there's a small chance that i may not have hit full ROM so i'm looking forward to recording myself to see what my form is like.

a 10kg gain in just over a month. i'm pretty happy with that. i wanna hit 140 x 5 by the end of the year.

92.5kgx3 reps
105kgx3 reps
110kgx3 reps x 3
115kgx3 reps (PR)
Everything feeling good on intensity phase thus far if I keep this up I may become an ok lifter.
Still got a way to go yet though.

Squat: 135x10, 225x5, 315x3, 365x0, 315x1, 275x5

I was a big pussy today. The 315 triple felt fine. Probably could have had the 365 too but started to good morning me coming out of the hole and I bailed it. The 2nd 315 1st rep was fine then on the second it crept forward on me again and I bailed. A pretty pathetic day. I'm still confident that I can do a 365 with proper depth however.
