My stance was a bit messed up on the rep with 67.5 kg, nearly lost my balance, so had adjust my stance mid-rep. WTF @ being able to eek out 5 reps with the wheels after struggling with 67.5 kg...

Running for 40min is gay. Unless you mean during the whole week, in total, you ran for 40 min. Like, 40 min spread out between like 5 days. That would be a lot less gay.

I went to the gym for the first time in 2 months today. I have some catching up to do. I'm doing the Starting Strength programme for a bit, then probably switch to the Bill Starr 5*5

it's hard to commit to sprinting, or interval running, cuz it fucking sucks. a 40 min jog will always be easier to handle than 10-15 mins of sprints.

True. The only reason I don't do sprints right now is because I have no place to do them. There's this sucky ass soccer field nearby, but I usually run fairly late in the evening, and I'd rather not fuck up my knees or something tripping on a dead hobo or something while running on a dark field.

Well, actually, the real reason is, as always, that I'm just a pussy.
