First time in a long while I've felt even remotely confident on the bench...

Strict OHP

Close grip bench

55 kg x 10

Just trying to find out where I stand on these.

Just not feeling that strong today... Hammies are STILL a bit sore from squat day.

I kinda like this exercise, can surely go heavier next time.

I myself am "somewhat" new to close grip benching.

It's a fun exercise to break the monotony of a press routine.

Truth be told, they probably have more athletic carryover that flat bench, but both are great lifts and shouldn't be ignored.

Tuesday, January 8th

Shit, the gym was fucking crowded! People were queuing up to use the power rack, same thing with the bench... Was supposed to squat, but had to make do with a makeshift workout. God damn New Year's resolutionists...

Dumbell bench

Chin-ups

Not much of a workout, but better than nothing, I guess. Hopefully I'll get to squat on Thursday, will head to the gym a bit later to avoid the rush hour...
