Brainstorming together a new routine, it will probably end up looking something like this:

Day 1:
Bench press / OHP
Front squat
BOR / pull-ups

Day 2:
OHP / bench press
Deadlift
Pull-ups / BOR

Day 3:
Bench press / OHP
Front squat
BOR / pull-ups

So I'll be front squatting twice a week, deadlifting once a week and either benching or pressing twice a week.

I'm gonna focus on front squats for a while because
A. I suck at them
B. When doing the 5x5, I noticed that my back squat were quite often turning into good mornings, so front squatting should help with that.

Looks like you're focusing more on pressing than squats.

I kind of disagree with B. Although you are less likely to GM when front squatting, I don't think it will help keep you from doing it when back squatting. In fact, I would think that front squatting would make your quads stronger and then possibly make your problem of pushing your ass up first even worse.

I'm going to guess there is something wrong with your form when BSing. My squatting is horrid, but there's a big difference between knowing how to do something and being able to execute.

Just ask my golf game.

I always thought the good morninging meant my quads are weak, forcing me to compensate by using my posterior chain?

Yah, I know, my form probably sucks balls. But I'm kinda fed up with back squats after the 5x5, so I think I'll still stick to front squatting for a while.

Or maybe not, I'll probably change my mind 476 times about my routine before tomorrow...

As promised, the mind-changing has been running wild all day... I think I'm still going to stick to back squatting, and might even revert back to squat-push-pull -split. I really need to get my Big 3 up...

Tuesday, January 1st: Squat

What a great idea to back squat two days after deadlifting...

ATG squat
40 kg x 5
60 kg x 5
70 kg x 5
80 kg x 5

Back was very sore, so kept these light.

Romanian deadlift
40 kg x 10
60 kg x 10
60 kg x 10
60 kg x 10
60 kg x 10

Very light weight here as well.

Hanging leg raises

10

My right hand kept slipping off the bar, which is weird considering my right hand usually seems to have a stronger grip... Chalked up to redeem the problem.
