I really don't think about it that much, I just always make sure I'm done in under 20 minutes. I try to keep my rest times around 3 minutes at most.

The T3 seems to be a cool routine. 10-rep day on Thursday, yay...

Lol.

I would set a certain timeframe. I mean... timed total tonnage without timing? Nah.

It probably doesn'T make that much of a difference as we are still beginners. But later as an advanced lifter you can set different total tonnage records for different timeframes.
At the moment it is easiely doabale to do a 5x10 compoundworkout in 20 mins without having to drop your weights a whole lot.
But lets say you are able to squat 160kg 10 times and go from there... having 20 or 30 or even 40 mins for 5x10 is gonna make a whole lot of difference.
And from how I understood the T3, this is the whole idea behind the whole thing.
You vary intensity, you vary volume and you vary density. And you are able to measure all 3.

I guess I'll just keep the 20 minute time frame for now, we'll see how that works.

Monday, July 28th: Muay Thai

A bit more work on avoiding roundhouses, also on head kicks this time. Learned a few counter attack options for them.

Tuesday, July 29th

35 minute run.

Back to where I was last winter, distance-wise. Felt good the whole time, pace wasn't much but I care more about the distance with this stuff anyway.
