Nice job on those PRs man.
Do you have any particular lifting goals in your mind that you are shooting for?

Wednesday, May 21st: Muay Thai
Warmed up with laps around the gym, jumping jacks, the usual staff. Stretched a bit.
Today's focus was on different combos. Jab-rear roundhouse, cross-front roundhouse, jab-front hook-cross-rear teep...
Still having trouble with the hook, just doesn't feel natural. Also, after the cross I end up being to close to the opponent and stuffing my front roundhouse. Teep felt sort of sloppy at first today, haven't practised it in a while.
Oh well, practice, practice, practice.
Conditioning today was a breeze. Around 20 burpees and a long ass set of crunches, with some twisting ones thrown in.

Monday, May 26th: Muay Thai
Warmed up with jumping jacks, push-ups, crunches etc.
Much of today's class was spent working on fighting from the reversed stance. I really don't get the point in doing that, but then again, I guess it's good to able to do something should you ever end up in a situation like that. 'Twas good coordination work as well...
So, worked on a lot of the basic stuff, jabs, crosses, roundhouses, push kicks etc. Things felt a bit awkward at first, but got easier along the way. Not that I'll consider switching stances permanently, though
Then we worked on the low roundhouse in the regular stance. Comboed that with crosses and jabs.
Finished up with 10 burpees followed by a quick stretch.
