The Tale Of A Pathetic Weakling

The purpose of this log is to record my journey into the realms of lifting, conditioning and Muay Thai.

About me:
-Age: 19
-Height: 185 cm (6'1")
-Weight: 88 kg (194 lbs)
-Ugly ass motherfucker.
-Started Muay Thai on the 7th of April 2008.

Strength goals for 2008:
-ATG squat: 125 kg x 1 (100 kg x 2)
-Bench press: 100 kg x 1 (90 kg x 1?)
-Deadlift: 190 kg x 1 (155 kg x 1)
-Weighted chins: +30 kg x 5 (+30 kg x 1)
-Strict OHP: 80 kg x 1 (57.5 kg x 3)
-Strict row: 90 kg x 5 (75 kg x 5)

Other goals:
-Keep doing Muay Thai & getting better at it
-Actually do some conditioning
-Get BF% to single digits

Looks good. It's nice in here, tidy looking. The last one was cluttered.

Let's make a deal. You stick with this programme until Christmas, and I'll stay on the Texas Method programme I'm on. Or we can look for new programmes to start each week...

I think squatting 3 times a week and benching twice a week will really do me good.

Me too, practice makes perfect. After only 2 weeks of squatting three times a week, my squat form is much much better. Usually the warmup sets feel tight. Now, I sink right into the bottom easily on the first set.

Frequency FTW.

Only I'm OHPing now, rather than benching.
