I play basketball now and will play baseball in spring
I do strongman contest and am going to teen nationals
bodyweight 230 in summer i was 270+
saturday the 19th contest:
overhead 225: couldnt hoold it up..got it high enough though.
trap bar deadlift 465lbs: 8 reps...went first didnt know what to shoot for.
plate front hold: 25.5 sec....HW teen Illinois record. i have done 45 sec before though
log cleans 250: didnt get one, this is all tequneue or i think so.
2" vertical bar hold: like 10 ish didnt know what to shoot for i went first.
