Strength and Conditioning

Hey, I'm new on this forum. I'm 17 and have an interest in boxing and MMA. I can't join any gyms or nothing cause there really isn't any round here. There is an MMA place down the road I'm going to check out, but I'm just interested in being in as good a shape as a good fighter. So I started this log, please feel free to critique anything. I'll post what I did yesterday cause today I was off.

Here's my stats,

Height-5,9
Weight-153

Day1-Max Strength,Core

DB Clean and Press-5x3 with 65 pound DB each arm
DB Snatch-4x3 same DB each arm
One-Legged Squats-4x5
Pull-Ups with weighted backpack-4x5
Bench Press-3x5 with 110lbs.

Core:
Ab Wheel Rollout-10
Russian Twists-10
Hyperextensions-12
V-Ups-15
Side Bends-10
x3

Actually I just remembered that I did do something today, Grip Strength.

Pinched 2 10lbs. plates for 3 sets of 30 seconds each hand
Hand Grippers-3 sets of 100,50,25
Plate Curls 10lbs. plate-4x5
Hanged on my pull-up bar till failure twice
Wrist Curls-3x8,5,5
And did a whole bunch of stuff with an extra barbell I have with weight on only one side.
