i dont really like that style of music. I listen to mostly hip-hop(mos def,talib kweli,nas,pharoahe monch,lupe fiasco,etc. all that good stuff)and rock as well. Mars Volta and at the drive in are what ive been bumpin lately

I would do the Bill Starr 5x5 routine that is linked in the FAQ for one or two cycles (including the 3x3 peaking phase). Focus on good form, keeping the weights low initially (use very conservative 5RM maxes) and cut rest short in order to increase ****bolic turnover. After that, re-evaluate your goals and see whether you want to go with the P/P/S or maybe some other routine.

i workout out chest yesterday and back today, no cardio because the ankle. I didnt post what i did cause no one cares and im startin the bs5x5 program.i will post the routine later on, thanks for the support

i just did cardio yesterday, i went for a long run in the forrst up hills with no trails.

weight-270 lbs
chest-47 inches
stomach-48 inches
waist-46 inches
butt-47 inches

starting the bill starr 5x5 program on wednesday, because the gym is closed today because igt is a holiday in canada.
