good log dude!

2 years ago i was 5'9 260 lbs. i managed to get down to about 170 lbs over the course of a year. reading your log just reminded me of that time.. it can be done bro! its all about setting goals and working hard. my advice is to supplement with fish oil if your loosing weight fast, i had a few joint problems along the way. good luck!

damn anaconda you got your blue in 10 months?

how often were you training? i remember i thought i got my blue belt fast cause i got it in a year training about 6-15hrs a week.

had to really force myself to go to the gym. i am developing a new program consisting of more compound excersizes. this will help me lose more weight and give me more free time.
