I've got a small thing of icy hot that I use sometimes. I found it one day when I was working on baseball fields, but it's pretty good, I think.

Thanks. The calf shit my workout partner had me do on Wed. is still killing me.

No problem. I've use it on sore muscles to great effect, and even on bruises, like if I beat the hell out of my shins on a bag... Speaking of which... Where did I put that jar at?
