Oh, well then yeah, I was pretty sad faced about Nog losing to Mir. I was all "ohhhhh noooooo, not more ammunition for the pride haters." I actually am a huge nog fan, but that write-up about fedor just sounds ridiculous to me.

Needs more cell-tech.
Seriously though, that sounds like it could be really dry and unpleasant without more dressing. I think you should add some vinegar to it. Like balsalmic, or raspberry vinegar. Maybe some other ingredients like roasted peppers or some nuts, dried fruit or some seeds.

I hate balsamic vinegar, it wasnt really dry. I love eggs though, the other day I ate 6 hardboiled just on their own. Im gonna need to do more meals like this, I eat way too much starchy foods - less bread more meat is what I need to do.
Got my gut back and it doesnt suit me at all, I dont have enough upper body muscle to justify a gut I just look stupid. Also I have that Chuck Liddell syndrome where all the fat I gain goes to my stomach, Im pretty lean everywere else it all seems to collect around my midsection.
