I look at rows in general as time to practice hook gripping.

A 4-plate row would be beastly.

What I don't like about internet lifters is that only about 5% really do any actual lifting. Most of them like the idea of training, but actual training is a bit too hard.

Those are the people who give shitty advice all the time.

I learned to lift by reading the FAQ here, and then I read the entire logs of every strong person here (Fatty, Lusst, Nerdking, Standard, Fatkid), etc.

I then went out and found the strongest people in my city and started training with them.

Yeh the training logs are a great resource, you can get a feel for how different people train and pick up some cool new ideas you may not have thought of.

The bro science is strong; it is corrupting.

In addition to the Dave Tate time under tension article, they have a new Joe Defranco 3 week leg routine on T-shit.

Almost every motherfucker at Elite is now trying to sell Biotest in their logs.

Metal can encompass a lot, my friend.

If you're trying to find music where you can't understand the singer, try Obituary (Cause of Death is a great album), Carcass, Napalm Death (more Grind then Metal, but still some good stuff) or Entombed.

Of course, ya can't go wrong with Max Cavalera stuff - Sepultura, Nail Bomb or Soulfly.

I think every row I do is sloppy. At the moment grip is the limiting factor in my pullings movements anyway.
