Croissandwich, first of all. French canadian food is so delicious though. It may even make you cheer for the habs.

I would say so, in that it has a lot of fat, and tonnes of big bold savoury flavours. It's far more rustic though.
When I was last in montreal I had poutine au foie gras. Poutine with some foie gras on top. Fries were fried in duck fat, and there were two sauces. One was a venison jus, and another was a veal jus with foie gras melted into it. Then there was a huge piece of sauteed foie gras on top. Best...thing...ever.

How much was it? The deal here was $80 for day, down from the regular $130(or something like that).
|
$85 included:
A 75 minute bus ride (nice bus, not a school bus) each way
3 hours on the river
Unlimited beers on the bus and at the BBQ.
Free BBQ after the rafting was done.

I might just set up "browsing hours" for myself.

Funny quote from last night's training session, going over bench press form: "The bar should touch the middle of your chest, here **touches bar to chest** not up here **raises bar to very top of chest** like a bodybuilder with your elbows flared out. That'll destroy your shoulders, and it's gay."

Sounds amazing! I love French food (got married in a French Restaurant), so I may need to get my passport updated

I have desire to spend less time on the net/dog. but I would never cut of internet from home. I don't even do any Armenian downloading at home. It would be that much worse if I did.
