I have only followed 5 or 6 of the habits and I've been losing a half pound to a pound a day. Obviously n00b gains, but once I start throwing in more veggies and doing more cardio the fat will shed off.

Fall 2006, I was an out of shape POS. I hadn't done much cardio in months. I was only about 210lbs, but really out of shape. I'm now about 200lbs, but in just as good of shape as I was at the beginning of the year at 178 lbs.

Im still in solid shape mayne, not as far as running (never have been), but I can still swim for hours (literally) and my sprints/jump rope have maintained. But, I just feel slower and more out of shape for some reason. Obviously because I am. I plan to be in the best shape of my life in 6 months. Thats the goal anyway.
