So, after pulling a "Alan Goode bulk" (bulking up, while dropping conditioning work), I feel like a fat piece of unathletic shit. I gotta drop back to 190lbs, that where I felt the most athletic. I plan on getting well by Monday (over my sinus infection), and start II, MMA, and a modified 7 habits next monday.
