Wednesday. Get this week over with, make sure my mouth is ok, and then back on bike+lifting again. Straining made it throb and hurt. But, I've been mostly pain-free all night.

i had my log for awhile but my workouts were anywhere between 3-7 days apart and i grew tired of posting in it
and you are close. the most i've put overhead in the one arm clean and PP is 150 pounds. So either I need to get stronger or you need to lose weight.
