I did a max set of pullups today and got 7, I think I got 8 in me but my back was probably still not 100% recovered from mondays workout. Is it just me or does it also take you guys more than 2 days to fully recover from back workouts?

Yeh Im doing 2 upper body and 1 squat day at the mo.
