Guys I have a quick question on the 7 habits. It says to eat lean protein and fruit with each meal so thats like 5-8 meals of meat and fruit/vegetables a day? and when he says get your energy from 25% fat I guess that pretty much means we can't eat chocolate and stuff if we use the oils he suggests and the fat in the meat right?
