Well I know how the government would solve this problem:

We need a study on whether Jeep owners are disproportionately underprivileged in terms of lifting strength. If the average jeep owner can't lift his jeep we should make it illegal to lift jeeps, otherwise it wouldn't be fair to those who can't perform such a feat of strength.

Very roughly, you could work out how big the moment about the front wheels would be to get the back off the ground.

When I do attempt this, I'll video tape it and post it up here whether I lift it or somehow send myself to the hospital
