Anyone saw todays Best Damn Sports Show '50 greatest sports bloopers'?

i love that kid holding the wooden board and the other person attempting to break the board with a turn around back kick and totally planting that heel on the kid's chin/jaw. ....priceless...

So, I was planning on starting the 50 day plan in II today, but realized I somehow lost the book. So, until I find the book, I will do:

Day 1: Weighted/Loaded GPP + Skill.
Day 2: Sprints/HIIT + Skill.
Day 3: Strength (rotating PL and Oly weekly) + Skill
Day 4: Bodyweight GPP + Skill
Day 5: Skill

Add in core and grip when I feel like it, most likely on Day 5.
