1 Day -

Squat maybe 6 sets of 6 reps going up in weight.
Shrugs


Another day -

One arm clean and press
DB press
DB rows
Pull ups
Curls/pulldowns
High pull
Neck work
handstand work


Another day -

Db bench press
triceps pushdown
dips


I'll have to look up some routines. I really have no idea how to structure it properly as of now.

For the last few years I rarely went above 3 reps per set. 4 was like a marathon. So I'm thinking even if I just change my rep/set scheme and my diet around I will be able to gain.

I want to lose weight to get in the 198 pound class. You could try the advanced Starr 5x5 or squats and milk and eat a lot.

My squat is at 455, ATG (I think I am good for a bit more). My bench is around 300 (but have not tried to max in a long time). My deads suck. I'm trying to squat 500, bench 315-325 and DL 500 by Feb, 2008, which will be the end of my first year powerlifting.

As MM pointed out, I also need to lose some lbs.
