Any idea what your routine will look like? I've always been curious as to what a proper, serious bodybuilding routine looked like.
I plan on doing the heavy basic exercises for 4-6 reps and then do the auxiliary ones for 8-12 reps and more sets. But I'll still incorporate the one arm clean and press because that is my iron orgasm.
