I never tried to get wider; I just was born that way. When I was 25 and skinny (I'm 33), I used to run 20-25 miles a week. I weighed 170-175. I started power lifting and my weight went from 195 to 220 in about 9 months. When I was 14, I weighed about 140. __________________
