Fuck no. I don't have the cardio to do 405x100. I can do 20, maybe 30 at a time lol.

See, my painkillers are hitting- darvo and some tramadol I found- and so I can say this; I hope oil goes to 300$ a barrel. If, and its a biiiiig if, IF I get an inheritance, it'll all be oil stocks- thats what my dad owns mostly, aside from a few techs and pharamceuticals. And it's morbid, but he's almost 69, and in 10, maybe 15 years, I'll know if he left me out of the will or not. If I'm left out, I continue as I do now. If I'm in it, I split with my sister 50/50, I'm hiring Vince to come teach me JJ/MT in my old age. He'll be a master badass by then, and I'll just hire him as a full-time Security Consultant.

Anyway, that's the plan......

I hate to ask a lifting-related question in the Pub, but I'm too steeped to go out asking anywhere else-
How do you know when you've overtrained? Does no DOMS mean anything? I just lifted 48hrs ago, and the little DOMS I had in my hips is gone- am I overtraining?

There are many factors which affect DOMS. You should not measure the efficacy of your training regimen by how much or how little soreness you experience.

Overtraining involves strength regression, elevated resting heart rate, lack of appetite, and an inability to sleep. Since you are doped up all the time, the only one of those that you can reliably use as a measuring stick would be a loss of strength that gets worse over time.

Ok. Thanks- help me here- I think I know who I'm talking to, and if I am right, you know your shit, so please, bear with me, ok?

The heart rate- you're right, it's all over, but I really do zero cardio. Lack of appetite, it hasn't changed, and all jokes aside, all I do is weed, I don't even drink anymore, and so holding weed as a constant, my appetite hasn't changed. Inability to sleep- I sleep fine, I quit the one drug I took for sleep - Seroquel- with no ill effects. (It was shown to greatly increase your chances of diabetes.) Loss of strength I tried to monitor 48 hrs ago, and while I set no big PRs, I didn't seem to drop off- in fact, I got 245 on my BBRow with strict ROM for the first time, sort of a PR. My DB Rows haven't gained a lot of weight, mainly beacause Carnal told me to do them strict, so I concentrate on very strict ROM, and omnly raise weight when I can keep ROM. Same on all my lifts really. No dramatic gains in maxes, but big gains in capacity, volumetric ability. The other night, after lifting, I was so 'fresh' that I did 2 more sets of z-squats, even though when I'd done them earlier int he session I did them as intense as I could- singles of my 1RM.
Am I conveying my vast confusion here?

For anyone that gets trueprotein whey mixes:

Just ordered and tried my new mix with 30% hydro whey, 60% WMS, 10%BCAAs +Stevia with kiwi strawberry flavoring.

It is awesome IMO. Not supersweet like with dextrose/malto, but a bit sweet and tastes really good.

If you are seeing improvement, you are not overtrained. When you are overtrained, your performance regresses.
