I was watching TUF today and I realised the level of technique on that show is appauling.

I hate Dana more and more every episode. He tries to pump up the TUFfers like they are incredible fighters. No disrespect to them; most of them are exactly where they should be after a few fights. But to act like they are on the same level of guys already in the UFC is dishonest.

My trainer and I were talking about that last year.. he said something along the likes of "Can you believe some of these guys are Pro's? I don't know if I'd even let some of them fight with the technique they have..."

He was referring to the striking only though.
