Whatever prime is. I was advised to get one in case of emergency because it's a lot better than resorting to credit cards.

The interst on those is usually ridiculous and they have a very short term. Good for a business with high cashflow, for insulating an account against overdraws, etc. Not good for much else. There are better ways to get money on credit.
