Heh well, Im fighting in 7-8~ hours and probably wont be back home until later tonight because we'll probably find a pub and go out for drinks after the fights but as soon as I get in I'll let you guys know wether I won or lost.

Cant wait! Hopefully Im up against someone from a big name gym

I drink a 2-scoop glass twice a day (20oz milk +2 scoops whey = 72gms, twice a day, for 144 or so, + whatever I eat). I also add malted milk, because I like the taste of malted.

60gms - certainly not more. You need more than that Zop.

I try to hit 200, 250 every day, I don't count cals, but I don't eat fried foods or fast food.

Hmm wow I didn't think it was that low I always thought I was getting at least close to 200. I'm gonna try and buy some steaks tomorrow hopefully that will help.

Does he? I've always liked the taste of malt. From Dairy Queen, a hot fudge malt with extra malt-mmm good. Hadn't had one in years tho......

a lg egg = 6 gms protein.
The tuna- half a can? 16 gms or so IIRC
two drumsticks might be 40 gms total
cauliflower I don't know if it has any protein

ratman knows way more about food than I so listen to him tho ......

I've been to Great Lakes Brewing company about a thousand times, and I take the tour everytime (the guide knows me by name, lol), just because there is one room in the basement where they store all their malted barley and the smell is absolute heaven.
