Being left handed is sinful. That's how you can tell which fighters sold their soul.

Scary shit can happen in the gym, but human beings heal, and we adapt.

I haven't lifted in a while due to a combination of focusing on MT, conditioning and lack of time. I really miss it, though, and I wish I could recover more quickly from heavy lifting sessions so it wouldn't hamper my technique training.

I bet emo kids are conditioning masters... I say this because I know I ALWAYS hate my life after a conditioning session...

Hmmm, for me it's the other way around. My body doesn't recover from BJJ fast enough to get in a good lifting session.
