Well if it's un-masculine to cook and clean that means it's masculine to be a waif-thin emo who never eats or a fat slob who only eats out all the time and to be a lazy cunt that lives in filth.
Take some time off, heal up, and grow a fucking sack
Very good. See how you feel when the doctors are doing scans on your head.
I've been getting headaches in the right side of my head since Sunday. It's just the nerve referring pain, but seriously though... I scared the shit out of myself.

You sure it's a nerve thing? Just not residual tension in the trap itself. I used to get brutal headaches from tension in my neck.

It's probably a combination, the big thing was to rule out anything more serious than muscular/nerve stuff. They're not worried about it - they're happy that my head is ok.
The thing was that I got a weird feeling in my ear and the right side of my head got hot when I was lifting.

Sounds like you got struck by lightning:

I sometimes get this weird feeling in the back and side of my head when I jerk my head suddenly. It almost feels like a pocket of hot water bursting my skull.

Reread the first two sections of that post.

I don't think I could stop working out... I mean I guess it'd be possible, but it'd be fucking tough. Like a while back when I thought I was killing myself in the gym, I haven't done a 50/20 workout like that since, but I'd be hard pressed to stop training altogether. Been to the ER twice now from bending injuries, but now that I'm all healed up, I can get back to it.
Scary shit can happen in the gym, but human beings heal, and we adapt.
