3.788 x $2.20 = $8.33/Gallon


In Canada we are around $1.30L which i think is close to $5.00 Gallon

My family has mumbled about helping us out but I'd rather use whatever they give us as a larger downpayment for a smaller more reasonable piece of property as opposed to putting it towards a more expensive home.

A friend of mine is shopping for a home right now, but he's getting raped over mortgage rates because he hasn't used his CC in a fucking long ass time.
