Peudoephedrine HCL. I've been taking 30mg (one pill) before lifting and it helps me. Others here take it too.
You find it in cold meds, shit like that....
DevilsSon takes this :
-400mg caffeine+60mg pseudo-e+b-complex+3 mg beta alanine

Look at DevilSons log. His stack is pretty good for people that can handle stimulants. Also, I take a shake with a 2:1 carb to protein (whey) ratio before working out which has helped. I just started this recently, and it has helped when I have done it.

Peri-workout drink, 2:1 carb:protein (I use a scoop of gatorade powder and about 20g of whey). Also. No-xplode seemed to help a bit, but now I think some BA and caffeine and maybe some Arginine is all you really need.
Also, Creatine might help a bit.

Beta Alanine is supposed to be good for staving off fatigue, but does not need to be taken before workout. It can be taken any time.
Note: depending how sensitive you are, you may get a tingling sensation from it (most people do from what I have heard).
