i just didn't like the thread cause its just a big ego stroke job. there is no input that can be given like there could be with a 185lb squat posted.
Plus, if you want to share your highlights from a night fo training, make a training log.

So, I was thinking.
That in itself gave me a horrible headache.
But anyhow...
I'm gonna get saw horses to bench off of. These should also work for squatting, but I can't figure out a cheap way to rack the weight (for squats).
