Meh, I didn't have the energy to explain how stupid they were, and I thought, Maybe calf raises would help keep me from getting those hideous cramps in my calves. In retrospect, I should have asked him to steer my car while I pushed it, it would have been a better workout all around.

I SO wish I could do these regularly.... I even have a truck- but its summer, there's nowhere to just push a truck, and its hot as fuck- I couldn't get anyone to steer. But I miss that as an exercise. Used to do it a lot fucking with derby cars......
