I secretly did calf raises on the leg press machine yesterday when I was waiting for a power rack to open so I could floor press, and my calves are so fucking sore today it is unreal.

and i always just squatted until i broke paralell atleast. I don't think i've ever quarter or half squatted. i've also never done any considerable weightthough.
