Basically - We all vote and pick ONE main lift, that will be the basis of this challenge... then get into teams of 3-6 members, and more-or-less, whichever team has the best GAINS, not max's, at the end, wins. I also suggested we should do it with percentials somehow... because if someone with a 495 lb deadlift gets a 20 lb gain, it should be worth more then someone with a 225, getting to 245.
