Hamstrings and ass are sore- I got in some deadlift volume 24 hrs ago, and I need to go for a walk or something to loosen up. I want to put some emphasis on goodmornings in the next couple of weeks too.

Skipping rope? That's usually a quick way for me to get a bit of a sweat going, and you can do it pretty much anywhere. Or a few burpee ladders.

Good mornings scare me. I prefer RDL.

So I inadvertently signed up for a session with a personal trainer at 4:30 today. Things I don't know:
- his qualifications/certs
- how long the session is

Things I know:
- its at powerhouse gym
- I told their head trainer I'm an arrogan prick and I like lifting heavy things, hate compound movements, and want to get the strongest hands in the world at some point over the next 30 years... appearently they assigned somebody accordingly.
- tomorrow was supposed to be a conditioning day, But I'm more interested, at this point, in what this guy would have me doing for strength, so I may just go with that, maybe even do a squat day and see what he thinks of my form and depth.

I don't know why I agreed to this, and I don't feel like I need a trainer, but they offered to try and get me to sign up, so I took them up on it in hopes they have somebody there who understand what conjugate periodization is, or periodization is at all. appearently this guy used to play pro football in the CFL for whatever that's worth. Problem isn't that I need to know what to do though, it's that I have trouble doing it.

but like I said, maybe I'll squat, bend some nails and see what he has to offer.
