As the white man, I feel compelled to inform you that george bush DOES in fact care about the black population. Without the black population we would have to spread crack and aids among the lower class white folk (or semi-black as we like to call them in the shadow government) and that would be counterproductive to the development of the master race. Socio-economically the black man is important because without stripping him of education and the ability to get an education, forcing him to work low end jobs and perform enough crime to take attention off the white criminals, people might get the wrong impression about the white (and clearly superior) man.

So, I think it's totally unfair to say G-Dub doesn't care about black people. He cares very dearly about their continued existence.
