Someone at my gym said BJ wont have the strength to finish a RNC because Sherk's neck is too strong. I think BJ can do it, and if not he'll just take his back and beat the shit out of him.

The Daft Punk version is the original, Im guessing this Diplo guy remixed it and sold it to Kayne West.

ASU was a sad loss, but I'm not going to knock Title IX. Yeah, some colleges are having to cut programs; it's bound to happen, but in the end, it's just going to concentrate the guys who REALLY want to wrestle into schools who can make money with their wrestling programs.

If some college's having to chop wrestling, or men's water polo, or some other worthwhile-but-lower-end sport from their program winds up putting just one more Mia Hamm or Jennie Finch or Gabrielle Reese on the U.S. Olympic team, then I'd consider it a win.

Someone at your gym is an idiot.

The only way to RNC-proof your neck is to get it so big that the other guy can't get his arm around it. A strong neck might help you fight to keep your chin down and your opponent from getting his arm in there, but it won't mean much once it's there.

The only way to RNC-proof your neck is to get it so big that the other guy can't get his arm around it. A strong neck might help you fight to keep your chin down and your opponent from getting his arm in there, but it won't mean much once it's there.
