I've never listened to Robbins, but I can't help but wonder if his NLP shit is productive for most people. I hear the guy is pretty intense, like he never slows down. BUt the answer is no to both. You gotta edit, clear the post, save changes, then delete it. Then nobody can read what you wrote. Unless you're a go-... I mean a mod like me, then you can physically remove the post in its entirety.
